What is Qi Gong?
It is a series of moving meditations to help you open up your river pathways or meridians to create balance in your body, mind and emotions.
Qi gong gives you access to improved health, including better breathing, stronger immune system, relaxed nervous system and so much more.
Who is this for? The simple answer is everyone. The mindful movements are very simple and easy to follow. Qi Gong can be done sitting, standing and even lying down.
I focus on gentle breathing techniques, opening and strengthening the body as well as supporting our mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
